Mindful Paddleboarding & Digital Detox
SUPMindfulness is a beginner-friendly stand-up paddle and mindfulness experience in Milan, on the historic Navigli canals.
You’ll learn the basics of SUP, how to paddle at a slow pace with breath awareness, and you'll live a guided meditation floating on the water.
For a real digital detox, your phone is kept away during the session.
Sessions are also available on Lake Maggiore and Lake Monate, and can be adapted to other locations on request.
