If you’re joining SUPMindfulness on Lake Maggiore (Angera), here’s what you need to know.
You’ll learn the basics of stand-up paddleboarding, paddle at a calm pace with breath awareness,
and enjoy a guided meditation floating on the water.
No previous experience is needed. All equipment is provided.

Joining SUPMindfulness in Angera — practical information
📍 Meeting point
Angera (Lake Maggiore): the large grassy area in front of the public gardens, near the boat ramp opposite Isolino Partegora.
🕒 When to arrive
Please arrive a few minutes early so we can get ready calmly and start on time.
👕 What to wear

Breathable T-shirt or rash guard

Cap/hat and sunglasses with a strap (also for prescription glasses)

Barefoot is fine, or light neoprene shoes if you prefer
