Looking for a slow and mindful experience in Milan? SUPMindfulness on the Navigli combines Stand Up Paddle with guided meditation on water. You’ll paddle calmly, breathe deeply, and reconnect with yourself—no previous experience needed. All equipment is provided

Joining SUPMindfulness on the Navigli: everything you need to know
📍 Where we meet:
The meeting point is at the Associazione Nazionale Marinai d’Italia, Viale Gorizia 9/B – Darsena, Milan. From here we begin a slow and mindful paddle along the Naviglio.
🕒 When to arrive:
Please arrive at least 10 minutes early so we can get ready together calmly and start the experience on time and stress-free.
👕 What to wear:
• Swimsuit or shorts
• Breathable T-shirt or rashguard
• Cap and sunglasses with strap (prescription glasses too)
• Barefoot is perfect, but you can wear light neoprene shoes if you prefer
👕Leave valuables with us
You'll have access to a changing room and a safe indoor space for your clothes and personal items
🎒 What to bring:
• Towel and dry clothes for after
• Reusable water bottle
• Sunscreen
📵 Digital Detox:
During SUPMindfulness, phones are left in a safe space: no notifications, no compulsive selfies. We give ourselves the gift of real time, fully present.
📷 Photos:
We’ll take a few pictures during the session, so you can enjoy every moment without worrying about capturing it.
🌬️ No experience needed:
We’ll guide you step by step—even if it’s your first time doing SUP or meditation. The experience is designed to be safe, accessible, and enjoyable for everyone.
