SUPMindfulness on the Navigli – Practical information
Meeting point, what to bring, what to wear, and what happens during the session
If you’re joining SUPMindfulness on Milan’s Navigli, here’s what you need to know.
You’ll learn the basics of stand-up paddleboarding, paddle at a calm pace with breath awareness, and enjoy a guided meditation while floating on the water.
No previous experience is needed. All equipment is provided.

Joining SUPMindfulness on the Navigli — practical information
📍 Meeting point
Associazione Nazionale Marinai d’Italia, Viale Gorizia 9B (Darsena), Milan. From here we start our slow, mindful paddle on the Navigli canals.
🕒 When to arrive
Please arrive 10 minutes early so we can get ready calmly and start on time.
👕 What to wear

Swimsuit or shorts

Breathable T-shirt or rashguard

Cap/hat and sunglasses with a strap (also for prescription glasses)

Barefoot is fine, or light neoprene shoes if you prefer
🔒 Where to leave your belongings
You’ll have access to a changing room and a safe indoor space for clothes and personal items.

Phones are left in a safe space: no notifications, no compulsive selfies. Just real time, fully present.

We’ll guide you step by step — even if it’s your first time on a SUP.
